I'm back in Bangkok, and this time I'm eating only what locals recommended. Before coming here, I asked around to find real spots, not tourist places, and what I found was something completely different: from crispy fried chicken and seafood to one of the most unique dishes I've ever seen, fish and chicken fried in the same oil where garlic and peanuts are slowly cooked together.
