I tried the world's spiciest Chinese food. Today, I'm searching for the spiciest food in China, which has brought me to Guizhou Province. This province is home to some of the spiciest food in the world, even spicier than Sichuan food. I'm on a mission to find the spiciest food in the world, I want to find food spicier than Mexican food, Thai food, and Sichuan food. So I came here to Guizhou Province, comparing every dish in this video with the spiciest foods I've ever tried, most notably the spicy Sichuan hot pot.
